We are expanding and looking for a senior sales professional with deep experience in the energy or utilities industry to help accelerate our growth across multiple sectors.
The Role
We are looking for someone who understands the energy landscape, knows how to engage technical and commercial decision-makers, and has a track record of closing complex, high-value deals. You will focus on generating new business and building long-term relationships with clients who are serious about cost control and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Development: Identify and qualify new commercial and industrial opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and strategic networking.
- Client Engagement and Needs Analysis: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their energy, utility, and cost-reduction goals, and shape solution strategies accordingly.
- Solution Selling: Present the AUGOS platform in a way that aligns with client priorities, using ROI-based reasoning and commercial logic to drive buy-in.
- Proposal and Deal Structuring: Prepare tailored proposals, commercial models, and supporting documentation to close high-value deals.
- Industry Representation: Represent AUGOS at key events, forums, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and build long-term brand credibility.
- CRM and Forecast Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, ensuring a healthy pipeline and reliable forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant Sales Experience: At least five years in a senior B2B sales role focused on energy efficiency, utilities, measurement and control, metering, or directly related fields.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in landing high-value B2B deals with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong Commercial Acumen: Ability to engage both technical and financial decision-makers with confidence.
- Self-Driven: Able to prospect, structure, and close deals independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Professional Maturity: Trusted advisor approach, able to guide clients through complex decisions.
