By focusing on efficient appointment scheduling, work order management, inventory and supplies, job card invoicing, payment follow-ups, customer-centric interaction, arranging machine commissioning, service contracts, warranty claims, and comprehensive record-keeping, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in elevating customer satisfaction, enhancing workshop productivity, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
Duties & Responsibilities- Appointment scheduling
