Senior Brand Marketing Manager - FMCG– Johannesburg - North

An international brand in the FMCG space is looking to hire a seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Manager - FMCG to join their team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving integrated consumer-centric brand activation through superior execution.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Project Management
  • Budget Management
  • Innovation Pipeline
  • Stakeholder relations (internal and external)
  • Agency Management
  • Brand Activation
  • Developing concepts to launch
  • End to End Strategy 
  • Defining integrated brand activation planning, including leading alignment on brand pricing and promotions, distribution, and trade marketing strategies, etc.
  • Analysing and continuously adjust overall brand performance.
  • Driving media plans on relevant channels 
  • Analysing and monitoring campaigns performance for improvement
  • Coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and Finance
  • Collaborating with external agencies
  • Creating the right consumer experience within the prioritized touchpoints (leveraging BrandCos primary assets and secondary assets)
  • Recruiting talented employees

Experience & Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • 8 year’s portfolio management and brand activation experience
  • Experience leading teams and agencies.
