Full Job Description

Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a Marketing administration assistant  for a very well-known Wine Industry based in Johannesburg area.

Responsibilities

  • Effective processing of administration documents after approved by Marketing Manager
  • Assisting the Marketing Team on a daily basis
  • Assisting the Marketing Team in planning and booking of flights, accommodation, hiring vehicles, etc.
  • Writing reports and preparing presentations as per Marketing Manager’s instruction
  • Take and share meeting minutes when necessary.
  • Process monthly expense claims and credit card recons for team
  • Effective processing of TS docs requested by line manager. Follow up the process to ensure effective execution.
  • Assist the Marketing Team with ad hoc projects
  • Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
  • Plan and prioritize, demonstrate abilities to manage competing demands
  • Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change
  • Demonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs
  • Make yourself aware of the dress code and adhere to it (smart casual) as per SOP
  • Complete and process purchase orders
  • Order stationery when needed
  • Manage and review filing and office systems

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Secretarial / Administration qualification
  • Marketing Certificate or Diploma
  • Wine Knowledge
