IT Software Development Solutions External Client Service Account Manager – Gauteng

Permanent position

Matric certificate/ Grade 12

BCom qualification OR Industrial engineering OR IT Software qualification, OR other

Driver’s License and own Transport

Willing to work overtime whenever required because of deadlines

Must have gained working experience in the IT software solutions services rendered to EITHER: the Pension, Provident and Retirement, Annuity Funds Industries /OR Life Insurance / Life and Risk Industries or other Financial services /OR Healthcare Industries or other financial services

Must have Project Managing working experience regarding IT software solutions.

With minimum 3- 7 strong working years’ in IT Software solutions and in SDLC and Agile + Project Management businesses processes

Experience gained in travelling personally oneself to the External Clients at their premises to discuss software solution needs for the External Clients premises Face to face up to executive level for IT software solutions and business processes, systems that External Client request to be developed and implemented.

External Client support

Verify tasks performing full systems integration IT Software Automated Regression Testing prior to deployments to external client environment.

Manage IT Software deployments Hotfixes, patches, release and data fixes.

Systems configuration to IT Software environments Regression testing.

Test scenarios experience gained where defects are identify defects with External client.

Resolve IT Software client business, process problems, ensures that new software products enhancements to existing products or business processes are delivered as expected.

Managing IT Software projects

Must have IT Software Presentation skills experience and External Client Relationship management working experience

Manage IT Software External client project scope, changes.

IT Software support to own software developers and testers and business analysts, clarify client requirements.

Classification, prioritization, business Requirements, design, testing, user training, deployments.

Release management and configuration.

Salary: R30 000 – R45 000 Gross, full cost to company per month full cost to company per month
