We need someone just as special: A Fundraiser Manager whose greatest reward is their impact.

As a small, independent hospice, we rely on charitable donations – large and small – to sustain our services, and we need a talented, innovative and determined Fundraising Manager to help maximise

our potential.

We need someone who will in share in our vision and strive to develop and implement a fundraising strategy that will secure us into future and safeguard the essential services we provide.

As the Hospice Fundraising Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive new fundraising strategy to support our existing hospice services and strategic development plan.

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to work across different fundraising income streams and revitalise our fundraising programmes within a predominantly volunteer driven hospice.

The successful candidate will be a self-employed, fixed-term contractor (initially six months) who can establish a sound framework of systems, policies and procedures for a Volunteer Fundraising Manager to inherit in due course.

The Hospice Fundraising Manager (and the successor Volunteer Fundraising Manager) will play a critical role in ensuring the sustainability and growth of the hospice.

This role is expected to require around 20 hours per week. When working on larger bids with pressing timescales, additional hours/remuneration would need to be pre-agreed.
