1. Bachelor's degree in physics or an engineering discipline
2. Experience with control systems, dynamics modeling, and simulation
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++
4. Knowledge of aerodynamics, sensors, and actuators
5. Experience with designing guidance control laws
6. Familiarity with Gazebo and PX4 architecture is a plus
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Strong problem-solving skills
