Requirements:

1. Diploma in Electronic Engineering (preferable)
2. Professional qualification in Green Building Design (desirable)
3. Registration as a Professional Technician (preferred)
4. 1 - 3 years of experience in electronic design

Your role will involve:

• Designing and implementing Life Safety Systems such as Smoke Detection, Voice Evacuation, and Gas Suppression System
• Working on Security Systems including CCTV, Intruder, Access Control
• Handling Structured Cabling and Network Design
• Overseeing Building Management and Monitoring System Design
• Managing Audio Visual and Automation systems
• Leading IT Design initiatives
• Building services experience is key to this role
