Graduate-in-training- Opportunity for graduates, or individuals who’ve been in the Human Resources field for a short term, to gain valuable Human Resource generalist experience. The successful candidate will be exposed to the following areas: Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement,etc.
- Matric and 3 years tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 1/2 years HR experience
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain high effective levels of customer service
