Branch Manager - Kempton Park, JHB – R50000 Per Month Transport company is looking for a Branch Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive oversight of all business aspects, including the workshop, operations, and personnel.
• Ensure deadlines are met, work is completed to high standards, and discipline is administered promptly.
• Demonstrate strong conflict management skills and a commitment to fairness in all dealings.
• Motivate and inspire team members, leading by example to earn their respect.

Qualifications:

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
• 10+ years of managerial experience, including staff supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid Code B driver’s license and RSA citizenship.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in operations and financial reporting.

Advantageous Qualifications:

• Relevant formal qualification.
• Experience with CCMA cases.
• Proficiency in advanced business reporting.
• Management experience across diverse industries.
