Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure Customer service integrity
Administrative management of the client portfolio by adopting
working methods and in compliance with the expected standards
(quality, deadlines)
Respect and apply all the procedures
deployed
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Respect the confidentiality of the information processed
Communicate and facilitate exchanges with other departments
(acceptance, planning, logistics, finance, sales, etc.)
Identify and report malfunctions within his/her scope of
activity
Duties:
Assist accounts department
Assist walk in clients
Liase with clients
Assist on procurement from local suppliers
Drawing up,
monitoring and recording quotations
Backend sales support to
sales staff
Manage delivery failure queries
Responding
to all internal and external requests related to current files
Ensure the telephone reception of customers
Ensure
versatility within the department (assist and take over in case of
absence)
Prepare customer reports if necessary
Check
orders if necessary
Invoicing

Ideally the person has an initial experience in
the field of administrative management
