About the role
The Finance Intern will assist the Finance Department with daily Financial and Administrative duties while gaining practical workplace experience in Financial Management, Accounting processes, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with capturing and processing financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain filing of invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Assist with debtor and creditor reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, invoices, and statements.
  • Assist with petty cash administration and reconciliations.
  • Capture supplier invoices and follow up on outstanding documents.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and payment preparations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
  • Assist with monthly financial reports and audits.
  • Support procurement and finance administration activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
  • South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
  • Must not have participated on the YES Programme before.
  • Matric.
  • National Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or related qualification.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.

About the role:
The Draughtsman (Design & Manufacturing Support) is responsible for producing accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings for industrial fan systems and related components.
The role focuses on creating fabrication-ready drawings, maintaining drawing control systems, and supporting the workshop with clear technical documentation to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all products are correctly translated from concept into manufacturable designs

Responsibilities:

Drafting & Design Support

  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge)
  • Prepare general arrangement, assembly, and fabrication drawings
  • Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards
  • Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control systems
Fabrication & Workshop Support
  • Produce clear and practical fabrication drawings for workshop use
  • Generate cutting lists, BOMs, and sheet metal development layouts
