We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Clinical Facilitator in the Northern Suburbs to join our growing Healthcare Recruitment Agency. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate clinical training, induction, and orientation programmes for healthcare staff
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and support to nursing and care personnel
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct clinical assessments, competency evaluations, and risk assessments
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of agency healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and clinical documentation
  • Conduct client visits at private hospitals and public healthcare facilities.
  • Promote excellent patient care and professional practice standards
  • Build and maintain strong client and staff relationships
  • Work effectively with modern healthcare CRM systems and reporting platforms
Minimum Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification (SANC registered preferred)
  • Proven experience in clinical facilitation or nursing education
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Computer literacy and report-writing skills
  • Recruitment agency experience is preferable
  • Must have a valid Code EB drivers license
  • Flexible working hours
