We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Clinical Facilitator in the Northern Suburbs to join our growing Healthcare Recruitment Agency. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate clinical training, induction, and orientation programmes for healthcare staff
- Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and support to nursing and care personnel
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
- Conduct clinical assessments, competency evaluations, and risk assessments
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of agency healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and clinical documentation
- Conduct client visits at private hospitals and public healthcare facilities.
- Promote excellent patient care and professional practice standards
- Build and maintain strong client and staff relationships
- Work effectively with modern healthcare CRM systems and reporting platforms
- Registered Nurse qualification (SANC registered preferred)
- Proven experience in clinical facilitation or nursing education
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Computer literacy and report-writing skills
- Recruitment agency experience is preferable
- Must have a valid Code EB drivers license
- Flexible working hours
