Duties and Responsibilities- Align DSV Auto Sales team with company and customer strategies to foster long-term relationships and profitable business.
- Build and maintain relationships with portfolio accounts (C-level) and internal management.
- Create a positive team environment and implement new business effectively, managing Account Managers according to standards.
- Respond effectively to market tenders and compile proposals for customers.
- Monitor billing variance reports to identify revenue loss and leakage.
- Achieve new business and retention targets.
- Set and manage budgets considering seasonality and market trends.
- Manage teams to meet debt and revenue goals, conduct performance reviews, and handle resource planning.
- Negotiate contracts, manage liabilities, insurance, NDAs, penalties, and rate increases, ensuring contracts are updated and signed.

This is a pivotal opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader with strong technical and people management skills to optimise operations and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.
About the Role
You’ll support the Operations Executive and manage customised solutions for a leading automotive client. You’ll oversee daily operations, long-term maintenance planning, energy management, risk assessments, quality management, and continuous optimisation of plant performance — ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, service level agreements, and client expectations.
What You’ll Do
Oversee operations and maintenance planning, daily monitoring, and capital replacement initiatives
Develop and implement disaster recovery and energy saving concepts
Optimise plant performance, materials, and spare parts management
Consult and build strong relationships with the client’s FM team
Ensure compliance with statutory, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and environmental requirements
Drive internal audits, root cause analysis, risk assessments, and job specifications
Lead and develop your operations team, performance reviews, and talent retention
Champion a maintenance engineering approach that adds value through innovation and cost reduction
Produce accurate reports, manage budgets, and align with service agreements
What You Bring
BTech or BSc in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with strong commercial acumen
Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar production or facilities management environment
Proven staff leadership, performance management, and quality assurance skills
Strong planning, problem-solving, and relationship-building ability
Excellent communication, client service focus, and high resilience under pressure
Solid MS Office and SAP proficiency; health & safety and environmental knowledge
